We run a busy practice at The Grove Dental Clinic and unattended appointments will result in a waste of the Dental Teams valuable time.

 

With adequate notice we are able to offer the slot to other patients who are need of care. For this reason we have a Failure to Attend and Short Notice Cancellation Policy in place.

 

If a patient fails to attend 2 appointments or cancels at short notice 2 times within a 1 year period of time, we reserve the right to deny any further treatment. In the interest of fairness, this policy is extended across our entire patient base.

 

We require a minimum of 2 working days notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the appointment time, this will be marked as a failed to attend.

There will be a Failure to Attend and Short Notice Cancellation Fee applied to your account which will needs to be paid before booking your next appointment.
